This is making me feel so sick.

Last night, I was sooo afraid to wake up my mom, and that she would be mad at me because my two friends were acting like they were idiots and laughing there heads off, even though I said to be quiet millions of times.
I said:

Me: You guys, my mom is trying to sleep be quiet.

Friend #1: Umm Yeah, so? who cares? hahaha
Friend #2: hahahahahahHAHAh!

I don’t understand them, and it made me feel so sick to my stomach, and now I feel the same way, only, it’s because my brother is annoying me.. and I feel ridiculous for feeling this way because of him. He keeps barging into my room without knocking, acting like he’s the older person, and he’s not. I can’t stand him sometimes. he makes me feel like i just want to die, And I don’t want to feel like that.

Maybe you should try some breathing exercises and meditate. Worrying is not a very good thing to do.

Your friends were being jerks. Plain and simple. They should have respected you better than that.
Your brother is being a brother. Sorry there’s no cure for that :P

No matter how many times I Tell myself it will be okay.. I still worry, and sometimes it feels like I just can’t breathe, and I just can’t concentrate.. it’s weird.

I just couldn’t believe they did that…they kept telling me ” oh well, we’ll take the blame.. ” but still it’s really rude my mom ahs to get up early and we were upstairs in the living room till 3:30 that’s when I said, we’re moving to my room because they were being to loud.

If you get symptoms like feeling like you can’t breathe that may be a panic/anxiety attack.
Try sipping ice water when you feel that happening, and watch your breathing - breathe slowly and deeply.

Anxiety is worrying and nervousness that heightens to the point of interfering with your daily life. It can have physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat and breathing, excessive sweating, rapidly cycling thoughts, feelings of doom, etc. When it gets that intense it’s a disorder.

anxiety is just a state of severe panic. I have always suffered from severe anxiety, it was undiagnosed up untill I was 18, I went for a while just trying to cure it with deep breathing etc but eventually I was prescribed xanex, which is a benzodiazapane (like valium), basically tranquilisers. I’m not saying start popping pills, but if it gets unbearable there are alternatives. But be warned as they are highly addictive and a ***** to get off

Brothers only act the way they do because they care. I am one, I know what I’m talking about. And you shouldn’t have friends who don’t respect you. Talk to them firmly.

Your anxiousness may be caused by feeling that your not in control, if you feel like your being taken advantage of by your friends for being a nice person keep telling them no. Be assertive towards arguments, my brother used to barge into my room and “borrow stuff all the time, hes a lot bigger than me but I’ve found yelling “GET OUT” and shoving him out does the trick, good luck

Hmm when I told him to get out the first time he said ” chill mary” then I said again he goes “kaycees my friend too” and I said it was my room and get out again and he ignored me.. so That doesn’t work too well.
